Transformation is the paramount element of my work. I primarily use found and scrap steel because it begs me to be transformed into something well beyond itself. In my finished pieces, I attempt to let the material speak of its own resurrection. Born Baltimore, MD 1954. Lives & works at studio in Antietam MD.
