About The Artwork
This work is a tribute to Dostoyevsky and his great spirit. Most of his significant works he had created while being imprisoned in Siberia upon escaping death sentence for political reasons.Growing spirituality, the understanding of higher order, prevented him to break down. Epilepsia accompanied him all the way. It is likely that only someone who has experienced peaks in both directions is able to describe chasms of the human soul. In his works he disclosed societal hypocrisy illustrating characters of fallen angels, lost in lies, deception, greed and ego.
