Since 1975, after the termination of Abramtsevsky art and industrial school of V. M. Vasnetsov (office of art ceramics), Shlyaga Gennady and Shlyaga Lyudmila fruitfully work in a creative co-authorship. In the eighties Gennady Anatolyevich and Lyudmila Anatolyevna became obvious and indisputable leaders in the field of art ceramics in Novosibirsk and keep this role until now. For Shlyaga Gennady and Lyudmila's creativity high professionalism, magnificent feeling of material, performing ease, deep understanding of traditional Russian and World cultural heritage is characteristic. In 1989 Shlyaga Gennady Anatolyevich and Shlyaga Lyudmila Anatolyevna enter in members of the Union of Artists of the USSR that stirs up creative activity. Artists an example of the creativity significantly influenced development of art ceramics in Siberia. The creativity authors shows the widest range of searches in the field of genres, creating reliefs, dishes, vases, layers and decorative plasticity, and also new techniques and color.
