I am an award-winning visual artist with works that focus on social and cultural issues. Since 2016 I have been drawn to focus on the subject of “the body”. Through my sculptures, paintings and posters I have dissected, reconstructed and reimagined a topic that growing up in Iran was shrouded in confusion, deciet and shame. I am proud to have globally shared my work with exhibitions in over 15 countries and winning awards such as first place at the International Biennial of Theatre Poster in Rzeszow, Poland, first place at the Fadjr International Theatre Festival in Teheran, Iran, and the silver medal at the International Poster Triennial Toyama, in Japan. I have been internationally recognized for my achievements by being invited to juror competitions and I am regularly invited to exhibit at renouned galleries in the UK such as King House Boyle, Fenderesky Gallery and The Engine Room Gallery. My works have also been acquired for public collections and can be found at the Museum of Mons Memorial Museum in Belgium and the Museum of Human Rights in Canada.
