I have been a professional artist for 53 years. My artworks are in the collections of over 50 museums and public spaces. Many more are in private collections in the US, Mexico, Great Britain, France, the Netherlands and Italy. I have had eight traveling tours to museums around the United States, numerous solo and group exhibitions.I have taught art at the university level and written four books on art. I have done numerous lectures and TV appearances including appearances at the Clark Institute of Art, the Crystal Bridges Museum of Art,t he Alexandria Museum of Art. From September 2016-March 2017 I will have a solo retrospective of the past twenty five years of my work at the Sculpture Ranch in Johnson City, Texas. Twenty-eight indoor and outdoor artworks will be featured at this sculpture park and gallery located on the old LBJ ranch.The grand opening is September 10, 2016.
