and I am a sculptor and installation artist. I was born in Buenos Aires and moved to New York when I was little. I lived in Tel Aviv from 2006-2016. The places where I live are reflected in the themes of my work. I also love experimenting and exploring with new materials. My works are about the physicality of sculpture, objects, and idols. I often combine fragmented biblical references and Ancient Near East paraphernalia with cheap culture, imported Chinese toys, and nonsensical weapons with a macho sensibility. Some of the works resemble sacred relics and precious fetishistic objects. The works in my installations are decadent, vain, perverse, and shamelessly ornamental. The result is a scene of graphic but alluring imagery of splendor and sparkle invading the space.
