Born in Nola in 1976, he lives and works in Saviano, where since 1990 he has designed and set up festive machines while gaining experience in various disciplines. After earning his Artistic Diploma and then a Degree in Architecture from Federico II University, his journey has ranged from the performance "The Man with the Panama Hat and the Yellow Beak" at the Lighthouse in Glasgow to participating in the Dolomites SMACH land-art biennale. He has consistently shown the ability to "abandon a wise and diligent demeanor" while also learning "how to become wise." Wisdom, in this case, is the "ability to feel" from the depths, the instinctual. The fact that Giacomo Savio’s name is “Savio” (which translates to “wise”) and that he is from Saviano adds an irony within an irony.
