About The Artwork
This work was the first of the "Circuit" series. It's influence is deeply rooted in the natural world and the forces and laws that govern that realm. I wanted to find a "chaotic balance"that was simultaneously visual and physical. A work will often need to be almost complete before it tells me what color it should be. This one said ,"I want to be green". It is firmly bolted to a painted wood (MDF) base that measures 38" x 16.5' x 17.5" for an overall height of 60.5".The piece is perfectly suited for the outdoors but base is not currently waterproof.
