I CREATED THIS PIECE FOR A J&B WHISKEY ADVERTISEMENT PROP IN 1983 IN CAPE TOWN, SOUTH AFRICA. THE BODY OF THE VIOLIN WAS CAST IN RESIN AND ALL THE RED ELEMENTS WERE MACHINED IN BRASS AND POWDER COATED. THE DISPLAY BOX IS A VELVET-LINED PLY WITH A PLASTIC COVER.
