This life size sculpture was constructed by meticulously welding thousands of steel pieces together to form the structure. Countless hours then go into the process of manipulating the structure’s surface to a smooth finish. I used steel as a medium because of it’s unmoving strength.The inspiration for this sculpture is the beauty and grace of a dancer. To dance is to be out of yourself. Base dimensions: 16 x 16 inches
