ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This piece is composed of recycled paper pulp on aluminum rod. Once dry, the paste is impregnated with epoxy resin. At these stages, there is also a polishing job with a rotary tool and the application of a patina. This work is fixed on a polished and varnished steel rod. The base is ebony wood. This piece represents for me the will to move forward, the taste of risk.

The human being with his dreams, his fears and his condition, are themes that fuel my creativity. I mainly work with recycled paper pulp and epoxy resin. On a metal mesh base or wood , I apply several layers of paper pulp which will be successively painted and soaked in resin. The parts are then refined with polishing tools. The different properties of this material allow me to have fun with the textures, the finishes and colors. The end result is a great robustness allowing the durability of the work.
