This is a clown on Prozac. He pretends to be ok but he's not. His therapist recommended him to take a few weeks off but he keeps trying to make people laugh. Circus is all he knows but drama is all he feels. Many people pretend to be happy these days but inside they're broken. They act like they're having a great time or like they're listening but their minds are somewhere else cause there are so much stuff they haven't resolved and they don't know how to do it. So a fake smile or an "I'm fine" just do the trick.
