This artwork belongs to the Llamas serie. Llamas are domestic animals used by the peoples of the Andes Mountains from thousands of years ago. This piece belongs to the latest year of the Llamas Serie (2016-17), Jesus searched to add more motion for his llamas. These two pieces of the Looking Back Llama were treated with an aging technic looking for random textures with unique results. “I wanted to stablish an iconic figurative piece which represent a sacred animal of the Andes: The Llama”, said the artist.
