Mirage, relief passage Sculpture

Originally, a Mirage is an image produced by very hot air of something that seems far away but does not really exist. Seems very familiar to any artistic vision at the beginning of the process. In most of the visions we have a starter, and we feed it to grow and let it be. if we look at the physics aspect of it, it's a refraction of bending light between two materials. Through a Mirage, one will see hope, another one will see illusion, and another one will see a mascarade... Contrary to science, Art doesn't define. Any form of Art is here to question you, reveal your relation to a vision, and eventually lead you to reach a new sense of elevation. There is nothing material to harvest, all happens inside. It means to be at the right place, at the right time to make it happen, just like a mirage. We, collectively, are creating the seeds of our mirage, that we chose to share as perspective in our society. Instead of bending light, we bend pre-conceived ideas, accumulation of research, years of education, or ignorance to cross with one vision. We may call it an illusion of intelligence or a disillusion of reality. Every day new mirages are rising and some vanish in a glowing silence to leave room for the next one. The beauty of ideas is leaning in our ability to accept, digest, stay along, and remember them. The intangibility of it all makes them all more precious than a piece of gold. Seize this moment where disillusion gives us hope. Create a sense of order in chaos. While none of the cohabitation we see and live make sense, the idea of a better place, or elsewhere is attractive and lightens up our perception of reality, even if it is not true. The balance between reality and accuracy becomes useless.
