Frooza Clarke is a British - Iranian multidisciplinary Artist whose practice spans oil painting, egg tempera, mixed media collages ( including embroidery on canvas ), as well as small scale sculptures and black- and- white photography. She has lived the greater part of her life in London as well as several years in cultural cities such as New York and Sydney while working for Qantas Airways, experiences that have influenced her artistic development. The starting point of her work is deeply rooted in her personal ideas, combining themes of memory, identity and contemporary issues, each piece is conceived as a metaphorical exploration, aiming to stand alone with its own distinct character and presence. Frooza has exhibited in private venues, commercial galleries, and prominent London firms such as Lloyd's of London and Withers LLP, an international Law firm as well as several national Art fairs. Her work has been collected internationally, particulary in United kingdom, United States, Middle East and Australia. Frooza currently lives and works in London.
