Samandbadraa Purev. Pseudonym: Tamir. Artist – Calligrapher. Tamir was born in 1976 in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. Already as a child, he learned old Mongolian script from his grandmother. Today, his art has transitioned to more spontaneous and abstract, avant-garde and meditative calligraphy. He is the founder of the world's first Center of Mongolian Art and Calligraphy. Preferred art technique: ink on paper.
