ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Wall sculpture from the "Monomorphic Change" series Gentle hardness Periphery center Different same Lights shadows Eternal moment Frozen change These contradictions form the wall cult traces of the "Monomorphic Change" series. Starting from a simple basic body, the constant change of the same is the focus of my way of working. The bare aluminum reflects the respective surrounding colors and - depending on the lighting conditions and viewing angle - always opens up new insights, shadows and mood fields. The wall sculpture - a load-bearing basic structure that is completely covered with pure, corrosion-resistant aluminum - weighs approx. 1 kg. Signed with the initials cR on the front and titled, dated and prepared for hanging on the back. It can be placed both inside and in the spa or in the covered outdoor area.

Most of his sculptures have a lightweight, stable supporting core enclosed by an aluminum shell. The aluminum surface of his new artworks is painted with iron pigments and is encouraged to rust.
