ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Inspired by the tree itself being one central living element, telling a story of its life through its grain, the Oak in particular leaving natural shakes throughout would usually prevent this style of fluid movement from a single piece of the tree. This Oak left no shakes in its history lines and lent itself to live on in one complete piece. A tactile piece of work, that can be displayed from any angle.
