Hakob Vardanyan was born in Yerevan, Armenia in 1989, Young Armenian sculptor on the rise with a contemporary art and modern body of works. Vardanyan earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the Academy of fine arts of Armenia. Currently, he is working towards his Ph.D. in Art History, under the topic “Modern art” in National Academy of Sciences of Armenia. The artist developed his skills by mixing his sculptures with different materials such as glass and bronze and turn them into a modern work of art, the artist sometimes adds visual art into it. Vardanyan is a member of the Union of Armenian artists of the world and a member of the Artists Union of Armenia. From 2021 also a member of IAA (International Association of Art). Vardanyan was honored with the golden medal awarded by Armenian's Ministry of Defense and Culture for contribution to contemporary art in 2021. Vardanyan's artworks exhibited multiple times in Italy, Paris, Lebanon, Germany, Belgium, Russia, Serbia, Ukraine, and Switzerland.
