About The Artwork
The colorful humans that are androgynes because they could be woman or men representing the different races and sexes in our world are all connected. The black human emerging with force from the the background symbolizes the black sheep, the genius, the individual who makes the difference in good or bad. It depends how the observer want to see it according to his/her way of thinking and feeling. The humans are sculpted one by one using the ancient muranese lampwork glass techniques. Glass is from Murano.
