Parisienne Sculpture - Limited Edition of 8

The biggest inspiration was a beauty and elegance of Paris. First, as a young girl watching french movies of the 60's, many of them happening in Paris. Later, in a polish high school, choosing french as a foreign language I happen to have a teacher who was a reincarnation of a beauty and elegance. Most of my girl classmates wanted to be like her and many, later in life, chose France, and particularity Paris, as a destination to continue their studies. I was one of them. In the early 90's that happen to be my reality and a dream come true. A year in Paris, filled me with joy and brought plenty of inspiration that lasted for many years to come. I chose to study the language and a french civilization history in a Sorbonne, meanwhile wondering in the streets of this beautiful city with stunning architecture and beauty at every corner. What stunned me at that time was that very simple but so very elegant and feminine style of women on the streets. That elegance and s beauty in simplicity, I was trying to capture in the sculpture of my little Parisienne.
