About The Artwork
Part of Kelly's lips sculpture series in which the back side is a connection to Nature, "Pelican Lips" looks carved more from petrified wood than the Canadian Fleuri marble that the quarry names it. A very hard stone that allows for a high polish. With the mouth resting on one side, there is more action in this pose than in some of the other lips. This original stone sculpture weighs 70.25 pounds and ships from Austin, Texas 78702 (USA).
