Porcelain Object Sculpture

Every work of mine is the point in which I'm constantly searching for the way to introduce my experience of that searching. That is what creating is for me - an attempt to display the present moment. Whatever changeable, not able to freeze it is. In a sense, that is playing with paradoxes. Ceramics is visual and kinesthetic step for that research. I follow intuitive principles when create - and enjoy finding out that nature potential of material changes the point of view. Porcelain is trustful in this process - that makes me follow its rules, its spontaneous nature movements need just little help to be introduced. I feel excited understanding how close it is to my experience of reflexing on alive nature and how close the result object gets with natural objects' visual appearance. Complex process of creating ceramic object challenges racional choices and blurs the boundaries between artistic tension and craft work. That the other reason I feel ceramics is a natural expression not only of my personal experiences, but also of the processes in the modern world. I feel the viewer's space as a separate process of creativity. I'm encouraged knowing that the viewer can see functional potential in an object or associate it with a personal experience. What's also important for me in an object is its ability to associate with extra-artificial images, to interact with the environment on the emotional and analytical levels. I found the most impression in working with material by hands, feeling the texture and plastics of clay with finger pression. I think that visible connection of the result appearance and the artist's movements in the process makes the special effect of the artwork.
