About The Artwork
This work seeks to make visible the situation of informal settlements present in Latin American cities, where groupings of houses (given the economic and social problems) spread spontaneously, analogous to how the technique of paper sculpture is developed. known as "Pop up". This piece is based on a two-dimensional digital template made in design software, which is printed on 300-gram paper that is then cut and folded manually to create the three-dimensionality of the work. This work is framed in a white box frame that has the necessary depth for this piece.
