About The Artwork
Dating to 2012 I was one of the believers of the apocalypse coming according to the Mayan calendar. When I envisioned ‘the end’; dark, rough, red and bloody. Those images and thoughts drove me to carve into mahogany wood and paint it black, red, white and in the end looked like a beautiful Hell ground.
