ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This sculpture of a snake crawling upwards represents this sacred animal's calling, which is to bridge the underworld with our world. The message of this piece is that the snake is a mediator that carries the hidden, sacred energy which helps unite the creatures of both worlds. My goal is that people, by seeing this piece and reading its message, would take a deeper look at these creatures and show respect for them, realising their role in the circle of life.
