Sea Urn - Cobalt and Platinum Sculpture

A British ceramic artist and studio potter based in Pembrokeshire on the west coast of Wales, United Kingdom. Richard's work is influenced by the stunning coastal setting of his studio and the connection to its industrial past. Some of Richard's work has been described as abstract impressionism using ceramics as his vehicle to evoke a feeling or essence of what exists in his coastal environment. Whereas some work pushes the boundaries into pop art and pop ceramics. Richard has a genuine interest in architecture and this is reflected in the strong forms he creates with clay.
