Seeking Solace One of a two-piece collection. This sculpture depicts the strong and intense emotions man experiences, as he encounters the most difficult trials in life. The artist has experienced many hardships, witnessed the devastation caused by Colombian's civil war which is the inspiration behind creating this collection. His desire is that those viewing this piece can relate to the suffering and emotions. Hence, the artist made significant efforts to accurately present the physical anatomy. By touching the sculpture, you can sense the muscles and bone structure - in this way, it's an expression of honesty and openness to those fragile moments.
