The second in a limited edition of 8 will be available in the near future.

This was my very first bronze before I decided to devote my time to portraiture. Inspired by the Dutch graphic artist M.C. Escher this is
an unashamed nod to his 1948 print 'Drawing Hands'. I wanted see if the same principal could be applied to sculpture - I think it works.

At around life size, it is an extremely tactile piece offering interesting shapes from every angle including one not too dissimilar to the Renault icon, all purely a coincidence that it was cast here in France near Bergerac .

This is presently the first and the only cast in existence but it would be nice to see it as a large public work (big enough for a person to pass through) but until then I'm still happy to produce a limited edition of 8.
