this work is from a colection of works wich were inspired by homeless people, citizen left in a emotional void of our society. In Romania you can find many of them , and some are being used by the gipsy mafia , to make money. I have used the doll because the womens witch bare theyr kids in they arms are drugging and giving alchohol to the childrens so they dont cry. I liked this link between a small child and the doll wich is withouth content , and that i can be used to put life in to it. I hope viewers enjoy the work as a empty shell, breathing in the urban space , but as an object that make us more compasionateand aware and less ignorant. I used as a matterial concrete so it will make the work more imposant , and because by making them of concrete if they are placed in a urban space , they are like camelions , loosing theyr track. It is a mold of my girl friend with a doll in her hand , vacuumed in a plastic bag. I chose this style because in the proces of molding u become the work , so you become more intimate with the ideea.

Romania
My name is Leescu Petre , born in Romania , Ploiesti. Since i was 5 years old i started to draw portraits of my family and friends , and because of that when i was 12 years my family decided i should go to art school. There i learned to improve my drawing skills , painting and in the last 4 years of high school sculpture. In 2010 i entered in the University of Arts in Bucharest , the university where Constantin Brincusi had studied , with a scholarship, at the departed of sculpture. There i have learned a new way to view sculpture , and in the past 2 years my master degree project consist of decomposing the language of the object until ,the object is empty , voided of content, even though in the presence of the object we tend to put , to fill it with ideas or content , in the end the object itself as an entity is empty and free of the subject. It is a philosophical proposal of a view of an object, that embodies all the other ideeas, and thats why this is a life journey , because i need to change my thinking , with the object , so in the end my mind will become void. , free of content.
