About The Artwork

In 1997, for the first time, my teapot work was shown at the delMano Gallery located on San Vicente Blvd. in Los Angeles, CA. at The 6th and 7th Annual Exhibitions of teapots by Contemporary Artists “HOT TEA!”. Between 1997 and more recently in 2020 and 21, I created 24 teapots using Olive Oil cans, they all stamped signed and dated by me. Each teapot is unique; I’m the only artist that created them using Spanish Olive Oil cans with the exception of my Jules Verne Collection (2003) and t-pot #10. The teapots were sold to collectors and are part of important collections. My first teapot was purchased by the Sonny and Gloria Kamm and was pictured in Garth Clark´s book “The Artful Teapot” published in 2001.
