Each twin is a unique hand painted original Shazequin. Once female child mannequins working for nothing in a shop window, the twins were rescued by the artist and transformed into a Shazequin. The twins are fun and cheeky to have around and not too much trouble.They don't want to be separated as they go everywhere together. Shazequin is an irreverent concept in mannequin art, created by the artist Shaz Bilyard. Shaz is a British-South African lesbian artist who resides in the beautiful city of Porto, Portugal.

Shaz is a British-South African lesbian artist who resides in the beautiful city of Porto, Portugal, from which she draws her inspiration. She created the first Shazequin in August 2015. The art is an energetic and passionate outpouring of colour, defiance and freedom. Shaz has a unique gift for expressing humour and sensuality in fusion and in so doing she aims to break down both artistic and social conventions and gender stereotypes.
