Art Description

Sculpture: Wood, Paper, Glass, Resin on Wood, Paper, Glass.

This sparkling diorama is part of Lisa Swerling's series of miniature worlds in boxes, "Glass Cathedrals."

This artbox, containing 25 protestors holding miniaturized signs really made and used at The Women's March 2017, was inspired by the people who've been moved to action to protect our rights, our diversity and our planet. I made one protester every day for Trump's first 100 days.

This Glass Cathedral is an open edition, made to commission.
