ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This table top sculpture was created in conjunction with a 100 day dress project. 100 dress sculptures, 100 opportunities to explore the idea of feminine form, culture and whimsy. Taking scraps of material and a concrete mix, I created this dress to convey movement and joy. Ethereal and seemingly fragile, this sculpture is rock hard symbolizing the strength of a woman's beauty.
