ABOUT THE ARTWORK
"Body and soul" was my intention, but I was´t content to put "soul" in a defined form. It does´t represent my imagination of soul as eternal energy. So it became a thought (of "soul"), fleeting, caught in a moment before it changed and floated away. The elder wood is vividly textured. I treated it with heat to prevent any damage by eventually hidden insects or fungi.
