There´s a story to this object ! In 1952 my father was taking a trip to the Mandi Khel Dam, in North Pakistan and took along his children to see the region close to the Afghan border, the Khyberpass and the ruins of Taxila. I am an incorrigible individualist and believe life to be unique, irreplaceable and to short to finish. My mother, who was a naturalborn artist, gave me the inductive spark and already at a very early age, taught me to see! Due to my fathers professional career overseas, I have always had a very shifty and restless life. At the age of 6, I left Germany for Pakistan, India, Turkey and later, other countries in Europe. I have visited 14 schools, with different schooling systems and languages.. Yet, through all of these fragmentations I was able to continue by my gift for artistic expression. My skills enable me to preserve an integral thread through a labyrinth of shifting stages, speeding backdrops and abrupt changes. So to speak, I hang on to that end .
