the Look Sculpture

The wood used to carve the wood is basswood and a German industrial wax-based material was used to protect the surface of the carved wood. Although I generally do not like painting on my wooden sculptures, in this case I dared to use hagiography colors to be able to better reflect the color and wear of existing fabrics and in addition to emphasize the faces of the particular subject. The colors used have the appropriate absorbency from the wood, but without altering the existing texture of the wood. This particular issue is, in my opinion, particular and is the product of my love for man and relationship with the Higher. The completion time of the project exceeded 250 hours of personal work.
