Mirra Morgernstern

Anastasia Strizhkova was born in 1982 in Moscow. In her childhood she was fond of photography and then tried her hand at painting. Anastasia's works are comprehensive, she creates realistic paintings and abstractions, working in bright and calm colors.

"My art is a permanent research. On the one hand I just show people beauty and harmony of the world. On the other hand some of my works call to think about different things – human inhibitions, injustice, etc. I have always been interested in what is beyond human perception.»

Studied at private art school under the direction of famous Russian artists:
Igor Sakharov and Natalia Bazhenova.

Anastasia participated in different international competitions and exhibitions in France, Germany, Bulgaria and the United States. She also held her solo exhibitions in Russia and Germany.
