Following her graduation with a degree on mathematics from İstanbul University and a graduate degree on management from Yeditepe University, Arbak worked for a long time at informatics departments of various banks as an analyst-programmer and manager at various levels. She met IFSAK in 1999. She focused on her works on amateur photography in 2008, until which point she would dabble in them sporadically. Having participated in seminars and workshop on modern art, culture of visual arts, photographic narrative and film analysis, Arbak joined the exhibitions, "Visual Conversations", which investigated the photography itself and its relationship with the subject, at Muse İstanbul, as well the 25th International İstanbul Art Fair and Asfalt Gallery. Apart from these events, she also participated in group exhibitions. Arbak currently continues her "Visual Conversations" and personal photographic projects.
