Asuman Kara Unal was born in 1976 in Zonguldak. After completing his primary and secondary education in Zonguldak, he studied at Manisa Celal Bayar University, Department of Classroom Teaching. While continuing his teaching profession, he graduated from Marmara University Painting Teaching Department in 2007. He opened his first personal exhibition titled “Üzgü” in Manisa. In the same year, he participated in a group exhibition with his works in Izmir. In 2009, her works were exhibited at the Contemporary Drama Association in Istanbul. He staged the plays "The Woodcutter's Children", "The Friendship of the Walnut and the Ant", and "The King is Naked". He won the first prize with the play "King Naked", which he directed. In 2010, he wrote the play "Those who stay on the shelf and stay in words". With this game, in Üsküdar district; won the best theater play, script, costume and music award. In 2018, he wrote the children's play "The Little Sea Star" and performed it in the same year. He made the decor and costume designs for both plays. She wrote a two-act theater play called "I have to shout" on violence against women. The artist continues to work in his workshop as well as teaching.
