Kapoustin Yana

Painter with Russian roots, I’m living at Luxembourg for last nine years and I exhibit regularly at
Luxembourg, Belgium, Germany, France and UK.

Vivid, dynamic, spontaneous, my art transcribes on the white background my feelings about
landscape and the plant world. Fascinated by perpetual movement of the nature I’m capturing it in
my paintings. I’m working mainly in oil with a natural color palette. Most of my paintings are created
« alla prima ». Inspired by my own free hand drawings, I seize the ambiances, impressions, and share them with the spectator, proposing to them see life in colors; look differently at everyday objects, to
be attentive to the wonders.
