Chris Bailhache

I'm a Cornish based artist, originally from Bristol, England.
Cornwall, besides being Englands no1 spot for beautiful beaches, old towns and Wizardry, Cornwall happens to be a very relaxing location.
During the colder months there is less to do out here, so instead of getting a job, I started to paint,
Because everyone needs a hobby.

Up until moving to Cornwall, I had never taken art seriously.
Only studying Art up to GCSE level (baby level).
I then decided to take a 14year break from art, which sounds much more scary to me than you.
Still young.
Anyway being largely self taught, I feel this has enabled me to have more of my own style, I imagine it is a less structured path to follow.

Chris Bailhache is my real name, Bailhache has origins from Jersey, That's Jersey, not New Jersey (thank the holy lord).
With a translation of "give axe", the Bailhaches are not to be trifled with, because we will just lop your head off & cash the cheque in.
