I`m highly fascinated by science as a coherent approach,
helping us to better understand this beautiful and mysterious world.
But we are still not able to explain everything and
perhaps only art can give us answers
we are looking for, in its own, poetic less empiric way.

In my work i try to make analogies to existing systems
without having any intention to pretend to be able to
present some answers. It is about wondering and questioning.

Because of their numerous connotations i like to use
geometry and texture in my work.
Texture as a symbol for time,transience, ephemerality
and geometry as a metaphor for mathematics, science but also religion.
Aiming to achieve an interesting, inspiring journey and
to engage and challenge the beholder.
