Elwira Bernaciak Irish Artist.
Born and raised in Poland, the artist lives in Ireland since 2005.In 2018 received Irish citizenship.
From 2015, she is the owner of company BElwiraArtCrafts and she is a tutor for art workshops in Carlow Town.
In 2020 She decided to open her own gallery and place to work - in March she opened BElwira Art Studio & Gallery in Castlecomer, Co. Kilkenny, Ireland .

Acrylic painting on canvas is her primary medium. She works in modes of abstraction and expressionism rushes, in her painting you can see the variety and the lack of repetition. Elwira is an innovative and intuitive artist. Her artwork reflects someone who thinks outside the box and are not conformed to or restrained by any conventional way of thinking process. This makes her a non-copy artist.
Elwira admires works by artists such as J. Pollock, E. Munch and S. Dali, their ability to express their own emotions in painting influenced her creativity in which painting is a way of expressing herself emotions that she shares with the world.
The main tools of the artist's work are brushes, palette knife and her fingers. Using acrylic and various medium she gets the proper effect and texture of her artworks. She enjoys painting human emotions but does not avoid painting landscapes.
Elwira has participated in various festivals and exhibitions, venues including the Seven Oaks Hotel in 2015 “Sens of Freedom in Art,” at the Carlow Library in 2017, and in 2018 "Reflective Art of Time”, Bowie festival in studio10 Dublin 2017 and she presented her art in Wicklow town 2017.
She organized in 2017 fantastic exhibition at the Limerick Dooradoyle library. She took part and co-organized with Fringe Art Festival in Carlow Town in June 2018. Currently in an ongoing cooperation with ArtBank Gallery in Bunclody where she also had two exhibitions, one solo and another family art show. In July 2018, two of her paintings will be presented at the prestigious Festival Art3f in Cannes. This year in August she also took part in the Open Exhibition in Signal Art Centre in Bray, where her three paintings are displayed. Also, in August she showed her artworks at the Kilkenny Arts Festival 2018.

I didn't graduate from art school, creating is my passion which turned into work in 2015. I took part in only a few art courses such as sketching, glass painting and acrylic painting. I decided to take care of my own creativity and I started organizing and participating in various art shows and also transferring my knowledge in artistic workshops for beginners and my passion began to grow more and more....

Thanks to such activities, I'm was registered in the Irish office “Revenue” in 2018 as an artist who produced original and creative work in category “D” – painting or other like picture, which is generally recognised as having cultural or artistic merit.
