Berthold Hoffmann

hoffmann- metal vessels stands as brand name for cast iron objects and fine silverware with high-quality design. Located in Nuremberg since 1985, cast iron and fine silverworks are designed at Berthold Hoffmanns studio for limited-lot production. The metal work with its powerful, sculptural charisma appeals to a clientele, which understands interacting with extraordinary things as expression of an individual lifestyle. Berthold Hoffmanns metal works were awarded design prizes, inter alia the Hessian Stateprize for German Craftwork and the Bochum Designprize. Works can be found in collections of leading museums for design, e.g. at the Museum of Applied Arts in Frankfurt/Main or at the Museum of Arts and Industry in Hamburg.
