Boris was born in Tashkent,Uzbekistan in 1967. He studied in Republican Art School in Tashkent starting from 1986.
In 1995 Boris Vinogradov started working at "Ustozoda" Folk Art Masters Union as a lacquered miniature painter. Some series of miniature pictures were created during this period, based on the works of such famous writers as Firdousy, Rumy, Omar Khaiyam. The artist regularly participated in republican and municipal exhibitions.
