Bosco Castelo

This channel is for exhibiting my father's works. He was a great painter and has beautiful works.
As a teenager, he had his first contact with art, attending the Fluminense Art School. Later, he studied visual communication at the Lage Park School of Visual Arts. Later, he studied painting at the Escola de Belas Artes in Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and graduated in architecture and urbanism at the University Plínio Leite.
At the end of the painting course, he participated in art salons, obtaining small prizes. Then, he worked with graphic arts and restoration of works of art. However, because of personal problems, he moved away for a while from art, although the artist's desires, plans, and dreams have remained.
He had his inspirations in hard edge painters, when he began his first studies and essays, forming new concepts, with a geometric abstract constructivist language. In 2015, he set up a atelier in which he executed and developed his artistic projects. Unfortunately he died and I want to be able to show his work to the world.
