Brian Borsch

I was born on April 17, 1957 in Belleville, Illinois.
Married Cheri in 1981 and we moved to the country just outside Belleville. We raised two children and plan to stay here.

I started drawing cartoons in high school and planned on becoming a great cartoonist.

In 1977 I started designing kitchens and baths and continue this terrific career today.

In late 2016 I decided to work part time and start painting.

My paintings are all oil on canvas landscapes. I don't copy photo's. I don't trace anything on the canvas. I just paint places from my mind that could be real.

I have found a special peace in taking my imagination to the canvas.

I have no education related to painting.
