Camilla D'Alfonso

Originally from Naples, I spent several years in the Los Angeles art scene, feeling the artistic expansion of this city. Being a fashion model, I worked in the biggest agencies such as ELITE and met the most famous photographers in the world of fashion.
My sincere and curious personality makes me discover photography by working with the greatest photographers and directors such as Patrick Demarchelier, Gian Paolo Barbieri, Cédric Klapisch, Sheila Metzner, David Bellemere or Harri Peccinotti.
I developed my photo-journalistic approach during my travels and works with natural light.
My strong taste for different cultures, developed while I was traveling with my father, and crystallized with my places of residence in Naples, Havana, Los Angeles and today Paris, four cities with strong identity.
My emotions help me to capture the subject of my photographs.
Thus my project on the city of Naples, highlights the strong personalities of the inhabitants, and the authenticity of their relations.
I speak French, Italian, English and Spanish, and this ability to communicate helps me deal with the subjects of my photographs.
