Domenico Boffa (Nereto 1975) graduated at the Academy of Fine Arts of L'Aquila in Sculpture in 2006.
Participated in various workshops with international artists as Botto and Bruno, Marcel-li Antunez Rocha, Gulsum Karamustafa, Myryam Laplante and exhibited in several Italian cities, including Pescara, Spoltore (PE), L'Aquila, Genoa, Trieste.
In 2011 he participated in the 54th Venice Biennale in Hall Academies. He's an Art Teacher. He lives and works in Reggio Emilia, Italy.

In constant exploration, his work moves in different directions, embracing varieties of styles and contents.
While his work is primarily abstract, the foundations are born out of autobiographical themes and draw on personal emotional consciousness and unconsciousness. It is not necessary here to think about a theme – the painter is freely inspired by the painted immediate reality, as well as photography or his own imagination.
